DOG RECORDS, INC. is a multi-media entertainment, production, publishing,
and recording company which will supply profitable, positive, audio
and visual entertainment to a diverse, international consumer group.

BDR
distinguishes itself through the commitment it undertakes with
each of its artists and their music. Contrasting the typical scenario
in which a record company spends more money producing the music
that they do in its marketing and promotion, BDR will utilize a
stable of experienced and resourceful producers, namely BDR Chairman
RICHIE CANNATA and BDR Vice President EREN CANNATA, to ensure the
highest quality product within established production budgets.
This, in conjunction with the first rate studio facilities available
to BDR, guarantee the impetus necessary to create winning products
in the marketplace.
BDR
is composed of three internal divisions: Brown Dog Records, Brown
Dog Music, and Cove City Sound Studios. The company will compete
and earn revenue immediately through the creation of several lucrative
profit centers, beginning with pre-recorded music [compact discs
(CDs), enhanced CDs (sound & picture combination), CD Rom,
cassette tapes and vinyl albums.] Additional income will be produced
from distribution, video, merchandising and concert promotion.
Each
of the albums that BDR produces and owns will create valuable short
and long term streams of revenue. Owning and controlling the rights
to each of its albums and the compositions embodied thereon, will
enable BDR to grow its music catalog into a valuable multi-million
dollar asset, one of several revenue producing assets.

BDR's
co-founders are Mr. Richie Cannata, Mr. Eren Cannata and Mr. Anthony
Gallo.
As a renowned producer, performer and recording artist with such
major companies as CBS/Sony and Columbia Records, BDR's Chairman,
Mr. Cannata, has directly produced preformed on and contributed to
many hit records generating over $100 million of revenue for major
record companies throughout his career.
Moreover,
Mr. Cannata has linked and placed projects and music titles with
a variety of major television networks and television and motion
picture production companies such as CBS, ABC and Orion Pictures.
Mr.
Eren Cannata, a soon-to-be graduate of the prestigious Clive Davis
School of Recorded Music (NYU), provides the creative drive and
cutting edge tech savvy necessary to the production of contemporary
commercial quality music projects and comes to BDR with an already
stellar resume of musical accomplishments and a loyal fan following.
Mr.
Anthony J. Gallo, a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law,
possesses a wealth of entertainment and general business experience.
Mr. Gallo provides the essential business and legal acumen to direct
BDR in daily finance, accounting and resource management functions.
Achieving
success in all facets of record company and music publishing
operations, the members of the management team have honed their
skills in the areas of project production, artist & repertoire,
marketing, licensing and artist promotion. In addition, to
a qualified, experienced and talented management team, BDR
has assembled a grand stable of strategic partners to assist
in operating BDR and its associated companies. In fact, these
individuals have produced and marketed artists such as Billy
Joel, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Dayne,
Kelly Osbourne, Anastacia, and Brie Larson. Several of these
projects have earned nominations for and won Grammy Awards.

EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY
BDR's
President and Chairman, famed saxophonist Mr. Richie Cannata, has
created, produced, played on and marketed countless hit records
throughout his illustrious career. These albums have generated
over $100 million in revenue for such companies as Sony/CBS and
Columbia Records. A record number of these projects have surpassed
the AGold (500,000) and APlatinum (1,000,000) sales levels and
earned industry recognition through the Grammy Awards (NARAS) and
the American Music Awards. A plethora of other projects have been
used extensively by major TV networks and companies such as Northwest
Airlines and Orion Pictures.
Mr.
Cannata is an original member of the Billy Joel Band, starting
with Billy back in 1975, and has played on all of the famed, multi
platinum Billy Joel recordings ever since. Currently, Mr. Cannata
is the featured saxophonist on the Billy Joel nationwide tour running
up through April of 2006.
In
addition, as a member of The Beach Boys he has guest starred with
them on prime time TV shows "Full House" and "Bay
Watch" as well as performing at "Fanfair" in Nashville.
Mr.
Cannata is also a national jingle writer for Saatchi & Saatchi
and Northwest Airlines.
He wrote the theme music for the Barcelona Olympics, and has served
as the musical director for New York's AThe Cutting Room pro jam
for two years. He has also played on Celine Dion and Brian Wilson's
newest recordings and has been working with Billy Joel on his classical
music project. He performed as a guest soloist on New Years Eve 2000
at Madison Square Garden with Billy for the Millennium show as well
as a feature on the live concert CD that was recorded that night.
As
a producer, he is the founder and co-owner of the world class recording
studio Cove City Sound Studios, located in Glen Cove, New York,
wherein BDR's offices and recoding facilities are housed. Cove
city has been the home of many hit records by artists such as Celine
Dion, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Anastasia and the soundtrack
to the movie AChicago. Within the hallowed halls of Cove City,
Mr. Cannata has produced albums for artists such as Phoebe Snow,
Rita Coolidge, Corey Hart, and Tommy Shaw. He and Mr. Shaw also
co-wrote the theme song for the Orion Pictures movie: "Remo
Williams - The Adventure Begins". Mr. Cannata also appeared
in the movie "Slaves of New York".
BDR's Vice President and A&R/Creative Director, Eren Cannata,
son of the BDR chief, compliments his father's vast music industry
experience with contemporary musical insight and adds further drive
and vigor to the company's wealth of resources. Eren is a talented
and accomplished musician, vocalist, composer and producer in his
own right.
Aside
from his musical talents Eren has done a bit of acting. At the
age of two he acted in a movie AUnder the Cover of Darkness with
Richard Bradford and for several years was on the award winning
AAs the World Turns as Christopher Hughes. These experiences prompted
Eren to learn all components of the business, technical as well
as the artistic. Eren then started his musical journey with piano
and guitar lessons, eventually teaching himself.
After
graduating from Chaminade High School on Long Island, Eren was
among only 24 musician/producers accepted into New York University's
prestigious Clive Davis School of Recorded Music. He submitted
his song APart of Me as part of his application portfolio, and
the song was soon after selected for the Dawson's Creek DVD in
2003 (episode 211).
Recently,
Eren has had a hand in writing and producing songs for numerous
artists that will be released this upcoming year. He has written
with accomplished songwriter Lee Horrocks, a longtime friend that
collaborated with Eren this past year. Eren has also begun to write
and produce songs for up and coming artists, such as Brie Larson,
a new Tommy Mottola project on Casablanca Records. Her debut album
containing the single Shoebox written by Eren and Lee Horrocks
was released in late 2005.
BDR's
day to day business operations are run by Vice President, Business & Legal
Affairs, Anthony J. Gallo, Esq.
Mr.
Gallo is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, and was
admitted to practice before the New York State Bar in January of
1997. He is also admitted to the United Sates District Court -
Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr.
Gallo currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Suffolk County
Bar Association Entertainment & Sports Law Committee and is
a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences
(NARAS). Recently, Mr. Gallo served as part of the Continuing Legal
Education (CLE) Faculty of the Suffolk Academy of Law, presenting
an accredited seminar on Recording Industry practice.
Mr.
Gallo is an experienced New York entertainment attorney with particular
expertise in music industry matters. He has also published articles
on various aspects of the law as it pertains to the music industry.
Most noted works include "By The Way, What Exactly Is Music
Publishing" and "Recording Artist Royalties: What Does
The Record Company Really Owe You?". Mr. Gallo has also served
as editor of several entertainment law columns published in various
trade magazines.
Mr.
Gallo brings to BDR extensive deal negotiation experience including "major
label" recording, production and publishing deals, as well
as extensive experience in music licensing and transactional intellectual
property matters, including infringement litigation.
Throughout
his career, Mr. Gallo has represented a plethora of well established,
prominent music industry professionals including recording artists,
songwriters, producers and record labels.
As
is evident from the foregoing, BDR has formed an experienced, award-winning
management team. As artists, producers and executives, projects
produced by these individuals have topped Billboard's Charts, eared
nominations for the Grammy's and American Music Awards, while selling
millions of copies combined.
